Peace by Piece 2025 Quilt Show Submissions

Enrollment begins August 1, 2025

The form below must be filled out to submit quilts for the 2025 show.  Members can submit up to 3 quilts. 

 

  • The 1st Quilt is guaranteed to be in the show.  2nd and 3rd quilts are subject to space availability.

    • If space layout does not allow placement of the additional quilt(s) a refund of submission fee will be provided, minus any credit card fees.​

  • A photo of the quilt must be submitted for each entry. 

    • Please name the jpeg file with your name and quilt title. 

    • Printed photo(s) of your quilts, can be mailed to Molly Adams at 43 Miele Place Summit, N,J.  07901

  • Submission Fees are:

    • Checks- One quilt is $10; 2 quilts is $15 & 3 quilts is $20

      •  Mail checks to Treasurer, Molly Adams, at 43 Miele Place, Summit, NJ 07901​​​

    • Credit Card fees = 1 quilt is $11, 2 quilts is $17, 3 quilts is $22.  Click on Link to proceed to Credit Card payment in the EVENT tab

  •      Submission fees must be received by September 22, 2025 to have your quilt(s)       included in the show.

  • SHOW GUIDE can be viewed by clicking on the link below.  Please read before completing the submission form.

  • The GSQG insures each quilt entry for $250 during the show.
