SUBMISSION FORM & PAYMENT
Deadline is September 25, 2025

Form includes fields to entry 1 to 5 quilts
NO  FEE for the 4th and 5th quilt submission

Quilt Take-In: Thursday, October 16 from 12:00-4:30
           Chatham Municipal Building, 58 Meyersville Road, Chatham Township

            Enter through the main entrance.  Proceed to the back hallway to the supply conference room.  Directional signs will be posted.

The form below must be filled out to submit quilts for the 2025 show.  Members can submit up to 5 quilts. 

 

  • The 1st Quilt is guaranteed to be in the show.  Additional quilts are subject to space availability. We will try to find space for all quilts submitted.

    • If space layout does not allow placement of the additional quilt(s) a refund of submission fee will be provided, minus any credit card fees.​

  • A photo of the quilt must be submitted for each entry. 

    • Please name the jpeg file with your name and quilt title. 

    • Printed photo(s) of your quilts, should be mailed to ​

  • Submission Fees are:

    • Checks- One quilt is $10; 2 quilts is $15 & 3 quilts is $20

      •  Mail checks to Garden State Quilters P.O. Box 424 Chatham, NJ 07928​​​

    • Credit Card fees = 1 quilt is $11, 2 quilts is $17, 3 quilts is $22.
    • Credit Card payment MUST be completed in the EVENT page after the quilt submission process is completed.
