Meetings for the Garden State Quilters guild generally are held the 2nd Monday of each month, from September to June. The October meeting is held the 3rd Monday of the month.

The format of our meetings includes the following:

Sunshine exchange - pick up and drop off of quilt kits for charity
Book Raffle
As well as other tables for exchanges and presentations.

Guild Business - Overview of the guild activities presented by the board and committee members

Program - begin with Show and Tell

Speaker Series - lectures followed by a workshop on Tuesdays

The following items are available for sale:
- Guild Pins for sale - $5
- Guild Lanyards for sale - $5
Members also participate in a Friendship Blocks project where they purchase kits for the Friendship quilt for a cost of $5.

Meeting Note
As a courtesy to our speakers, no children under the age of 16 will be allowed at a meeting when there is a speaker presenting. Young adults accompanied by their parents wishing to attend our meeting will be required to pay a vistor's fee. Exceptions will be addressed at the Board meeting the first Tuesday of month - one week before the Guild meeting the child/parent wishes to attend. Thank you for your understanding.
As a courtesy to everyone, please set your cell phone to quiet during the program portion of the meeting.
